Mont Blanc

Mont Blanc (モンブラン) is a dessert of sweetened chestnut cream piped in fine strands, usually over a base such as sponge, meringue or tart pastry with whipped cream. In Japan it is a standard at cake shops and cafés, from classic yellow versions to brown ones, including versions made with Japanese chestnuts (waguri).
