Cheesecake

Cheesecake (チーズケーキ) in Japan comes in several styles: dense baked cheesecake, chilled no-bake "rare" cheesecake, the light soufflé type, and the caramelized Basque style. It's a fixture of café, bakery and kissaten menus.
