Story
This all-day dining spot in Nishi-Shinjuku serves signature fluffy, jiggly pancakes cooked to order. A limited-edition Yame matcha version was available through the end of July 2025. The savory menu is also extensive, with galettes, meat dishes, and fresh pasta.
How to visit
The signature jiggly, fluffy pancakes are cooked to order; allow at least 20 minutes. The Nishi-Shinjuku branch closes between lunch and evening, 15:30–17:00, on weekdays only.
