Enoteca Vita is a bistro on an Iidabashi backstreet with more than 500 Italian wines. The food is generous, with an Enoteca course priced at ¥6,600 and an optional truffle supplement for ¥1,320. Reservations are by phone only, and guests who cannot drink wine are not admitted. Its appeal lies in the calm atmosphere and the attentive care of the husband-and-wife team.
How to visit
Reservations are by phone, with heavy competition when bookings open. Guests unable to drink wine cannot enter. Bottle orders required: one for 2 guests, two for 3–4 guests, four for 6 guests.
