Patisserie De bonne augure is a popular patisserie in Yushima. During peach season, it serves an indulgent tart made with one whole peach. A peach specialist assesses the fruit’s ripeness, with daily quantities ranging from around 100 tarts on lower-volume days to 300–400 on higher-volume days. When supplies are limited, purchases may be capped at three per person. The tart is usually available until around mid- to late September.
