Under the supervision of chef George Yoshida, chef Suzuki, who honed his skills at the Michelin one-star Le clos st pierre, leads the kitchen. The lunch-only course includes Japanese Black wagyu tartare, house-made focaccia, and a choice of desserts, including mille-feuille. Counter and sofa seating make it a comfortable setting for a date or a get-together with the girls.
